This is a good and budget friendly apartment that is right throughout the street from campus. It has a central location with a well equipped cooking area and 2 bedrooms. It takes just 3-4 minutes to get to Hammond. Furniture isn't included however if you like exactly what my current roommate is using you will probably be able to get a great deal.Also actually good area if you require to go to IST or the Industrial Engineering structures. People from other houses in your house are peaceful. Originating from school it's generally the first residence on the right side of the street after you pass North Atherton. The home is also really close to The Bicycle Shop which behaves if you ever require to get your bike fixed. Laundry is a one minutes bow out the house.My roommate is finishing this term so one bed room (the bigger one) will become available for next year.I'm a junior studying Electrical Engineering and I'll be finishing in Spring 2016. Lease is 12 month beginning in August 2015 but if you require to you can remain and use the apartment in the summer after the end of Spring semester.
