Two bedroom apartment looking to rent out the other room. My apartment has a washer and dryer that you can use. The hallway bathroom will be yours to use. The room is a small 10x10 unfurnished all tile. Looking for a clean and quiet person who is respectful or this will not work. You must like cats I do have a few. I'm not accepting anyone who has a pet though. Stores are within walking distance and if needed, bus line is right out front. I prefer you to have your own pots and pans, dishes, utensils Etc. Remember you are just renting a room. It's okay if you use the kitchen sometimes. Please be as honest as you can with me or this again will not work. It will be a meet and greet type situation so I can get a vibe off you. I know I sound like a mean person but I'm not I'm just blunt into the point. This is not long-term probably 3 to 4 months. Maybe longer it depends on you. Rent will be due weekly of 162.00 and a $200 security deposit. If I find the right person you can move in possibly Wednesday. Thank you and have a good night. P. S.
