We are looking for preferably a female to occupy a bedroom with a shared bathroom with another woman tenant.. you will have access to the living room kitchen utility room refrigerator stove and and dishes you must clean up after yourself .. the home is Wi-Fi available if you would like to buy internet the room is furnished with a brand new bed ,pillows, new sheets and pillows.. it also has a nightstand, lamp, and a television.. you are welcome to buy your self a small refrigerator or you the one in the garage.. you must buy your own food.. there is a pond in the back of the house we're fishing is allowed up near the private community swimming pool.. there would be no smoking in the house or drug use!! Must be able to pass a background check, no felony no thefts no drug abuse no drug charges no violence offense.. we are looking for renter who are 35 years of age and up but will consider others . There can be no overnight guests, and company may not be left alone in the home .. rent is $650 + $650 deposit due on the 1st of each month. Rent will be prorated from the day you move in.. there will be a late fee of 22.00$ a day for each day if rent is not paid in time.
