Why are you looking for a renter? I am moving in with my GF for in March 3/1. I am going to miss this place. All the guys that will be living in the place are in mid to late 20's working professionals. They are a selling point about the place they are all really great guys. We are all fun and respectful people. Either female or male is ok! What do you love about this place? It is brand new building new construction. It is very comfortable. The washer and dryer is right outside your room. The closet Space is unreal and there are outlets everywhere. This is a very well designed building and apartment layout. The kitchen is awesome as is the balcony. The shower is great it has forever hot water so you never have to worry about hot water in the shower. There is storage in the basement and it is professionally managed. The place is right next to the somerville DPW (department of public works) which makes street parking insanely easy all the time if your bringing a car. If you don't have a car that is ok too. One of the roommates there does not have a car and he gets on well. There are a bunch of great things about this place that I am forgetting I am truly going to miss living here. I might break up with my GF just so I can stay (just kidding I'm in too deep at this point). Some other things about the apartment and the area. One parking is incredibly easy here it really is DO NOT buy a parking spot street parking is so easy. Second this is right in Magoun square which has a number of great bars and restaurants Magoun Saloon might be the best brunch in Somerville when you take wait time into account. Third this apartment is a 5 min bike ride a 19 min walk to the Davis Square T stop down the somerville bike path. If you are not familiar with the area is is a beautiful walk. Davis Square also has so many restaurants, bars, theater and with the red line right there you can get to every other part of Boston.
