This apt. complex is very close to campus and in a convenient location with restaurants and fast food chains all around walking distance.Apt. comes with 4 bedrooms shared with 3 other room mates with 2 of them hardly ever there, one because he works offshore and comes around a day or two a month the other because he works all day.All utilities come paid! This includes cable AND internet connection. Apt. comes completely furnished with washer and dryer couches, chairs, mattress, dresser, desk etc!Complex offers a gym and a nice looking pool that is very popular with sun tanning ladies that live in the complex so always a nice view!Also has a basketball court and beach volleyball right next to the pool!All this for just $445 a month!
