Just north of the boardwalk you can enjoy the private beach access as well as a short walk to family and fine dining, coffee shops, and ice cream shops. This complex offers an elevator as well as a washer and dryer facility (coin operated), there is also a washer and dryer within the unit as well. The vibrant yet cool aesthetics and coastal style of this property is energetic and inviting. The condo has a full size kitchen with all basic appliances to make it easy for you to prepare meals and snacks during your stay. There are 3 TVs with basic cable, the living room has a smart TV and each bedroom has a basic TV, Wifi included. This first floor oceanfront condo is just above the community pool, available from Mid May - Mid September (dates are determined by the HOA). Parking for 2 vehicles. Sheets and towels are NOT provided within the unit. The unit only provides mattress pads, pillows and comforters.
