Lease is $800 per month plus energies. The house is 4 bedroom/2 bath however only has 3 spaces occupied. On street parking and an underground heated spot is offered. The house building is brand brand-new 2014, so new devices (consisting of dish washer, fridge, microwave), new furniture, brand-new apartment!!! Comes fully furnished, the bedroom has a closet with racks and racks, a bed (Full-Long), and desk w/ chair, living room has couch, chair, coffee table, entertainment stand, and side stand. There is laundry on website on every floor. Breakfast bar every morning in the primary floor lounge. ROOF POOL ... Thats right, a pool on the roofing system. There is also a grill on the roof with a commons area for food preparation or hanging out and watching television. Minutes from Downtown/University of Wisconsin campus and right on Lake Mendota.
