I m asking $325 a month and a $300 deposit refundable if rent is paid upon move out and no damage is done.I live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home is oshtemo twp very nice park off Parkview My current roommate found a house and is moving August first. I have 2 dogs and 2 birds both talk and my dogs are smaller side, No cats, I would be willing to neg rent some if you work days and would be home at night with my 15 yr old daughter, she does not need a sitter i would just like someone around incase she needs something,The room is decent size and you must have your own furniture as i sold the stuff there to my current renter.If your interested please email me, Im a 49 yr old woman with a 15 yr old daughter so would like someone my age or around there, No partiers smokers okay (cig) as i smoke.Pics upon request.Looking forward to meeting you...
