The first and last month of rental is required.This estate offered up full furnished with the oportunity to rent it unfurnished.This lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bath cabin is decorated in traditional mountain theme décor with comfortable living room furnishings, a beautiful rock fireplace, comfortable custom log beds and a jetted tub with separate shower in the master bath. A game room provides hours of fun with a full size pool table, 50" flat screen TV. There are four Flat Screen HDTV's with Satellite TV with Network Channels, Wifi and service with hundreds of free movies to watch. Your monthly rent already covers utilities so you do not have to pay extra charges for that.When you're ready to explore the area, you can head over to Coosawattee Fish Trap Park, nearby the cabin, where you can enjoy swimming, fishing, and kayaking. In the park, there is a playground and a suspension bridge that leads to a swimming pool and a dog park.Buck Valley Lodge is a luxuriously decorated four bedroom, three bath cabin with two master suites.Three queen size custom log beds, bunk beds with full on bottom and twin on top plus a queen size futon bed in the loft bedroom. One-car garage. Additional parking at property.Wood-burning fireplace, game room with pool table, fire pit, propane gas grill, central heat and air, washer and dryer.Security deposit 1 months of rent.
