It's very quiet and peaceful.My roomate just left last month after a year, she is going back home to visit her mom, we got along great.I prefer having a female roomate because they tend to be alot cleaner than guys and I like to live in a clean environment.I'm an easy going guy ,very easy to get along with no drama.
