If need sooner may not be a problemI have a big spacious bedroom with own bath for rent and split utilities.I live in a small quite gated condo community in the Medical area with pool access.I am looking for a clean, responsible and being able to pay bills on time female roommate.I work all week from 9-6. I am not a party animal, but don?t mind kicking back with some friends and a glass of wine.I do have a small short hair dog, so you would have to be dog friendly. He doesn?t bark only when he wants my attention, or go out.The place is very clean, and I am a clean freak. I like for the kitchen, dining room and living room to be clean, and that we take turns cleaning the apt. every other week.Also have washer, drier, microwave, dishwasher, AC and ceiling fans in bedrooms.If you have any questions please call or e-mail me.
