(4 Bed property, 2 beds with full en-suites) This home is lovely and cleanand is carpeted floor's threw out.Thebedroomavailableis aprox 15ft x 15ft and has a full bathroom and showerand is used by one other person (My son)only.All on the first floor with a full size pool table in the games room. It is$455.00 inc bills except theinter net which is $20.00 per calendar month. This was my old home and is very clean and allthe renter's which never exceed four peopleliving in the houseare completely non-smoker's and defiantly drug free!! There is a lovely pool and large kitchen ... I docome in once a month to clean all tiled floors andmake sure everything is in good working order, obviously I let you all know before I arrive . At present there aretwo people living in this property which you would have to meetbefore renting.As mentioned earlier my son is in the other room which is who would share the bathroom/shower and he is very clean and tidy. I have another male in the home who rents one of the en-suite rooms andhe isa gym freak ;} He has said he never wants too move! He has rented for 3yrs with me and works over at International Drive he looked to move nearer his job but the rooms for the prices were not cared for! I also bug spray oftenand the pool is always crystal clear.Also the property is 5 miles from exit 55 of the i4 and 2 miles from Tampa.
