Availability can be for fall-spring or fall-summer. Pricing is on the UNCW housing website.Plus if you sublease with us we'll give you $100 FOR FREE out of pocket!The Seahawk Crossing is UNCW's newest residential building-- built a mere 5 years ago. The Crossing has many amenities to keep yourself occupied including two 100 multipurpose facilities, 12 study rooms, two game rooms with billiards, ping pong, and fuze-ball, as well as a music room!Additionally the Crossing is seconds away from the parking deck, Dunkin' Donuts, and the campus market so you will always be fulfilled with your food, parking, and entertainment needs. My friend and I are subleasing our 2 rooms in the Seahawk Crossing Building 4.The rooms feature all utilities (heating, air, electricity, cable, trash, and internet) in the rent fee. Laundry is also conveniently included in the unit. It is a 1,697 square foot apartment style room with an amazing off-campus feel. It has six bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a huge living room to socialize with friends. The rooms are very enclosed and quiet so you can get away to study if needed.Many reviews state that their best year at UNCW was when they lived in the Crossing. Students loved the whole environment, newness of the rooms, and the independence which helped them transition into the real world.If you (and a friend) are interested in subleasing with us just drop and email or give us a call!
