We are two students studying abroad Winter Semester 2024 and looking to sublet our rooms for Winter and/or Summer semesters 2024. Bedroom 1 is 110 square ft. and monthly rent is $984. Bedroom 2 is 96 square ft. and monthly rent is $964. We are willing to subsidize the rent so these numbers are subject to change! per bedroom. The landlord requires a lease assignment instead of subletting, meaning the new tenant must pay a $50 application fee and sign the Assignment of Lease Agreement which will serve as an addendum to the current lease. Our unit has 5 ppl and is the first floor and basement of the house. Both of these rooms are on the first floor with plenty of natural light and easy access to bathroom and kitchen. Three of our friends will be living in the house too, so it comes with very friendly roommates! This house is in a great location as its a 5 min walk to the Glen and Catherine bus stop, 7 min walk to North Quad dining hall, and 14 min walk to the Diag. Contact us with inquiries/questions!
