The location is Chelsea, right in the heart of NYC with Penn station is two blocks away (ACE 123 trains, LIRR and NJ Transit). Short 5 min walking distance to herald square trains (NQRW and BDFM). FIT is also two blocks away as well as Target, 7-11, 24 hr Deli and pizza places, many restaurants, bars, clubs etc. surround the apt. Landlord (amazing guy! ) owns the restaurant under the apt and is there daily in case of any issues. Furniture can be bought separately or for a total cost of $300: TV, bed, dresser, AC unit, chandelier or room can come unfurnished, up to you! You would be living with a lovely FIT student and NYC student. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and we take turns buying common household necessities such as cleaning supplies. We love to keep the apartment clean! Rent is $1,600/month and would need 1st month and security for move in. Wi Fi & Utilities are not included in rent but fluctuate based on season.
