Rent is $685/month but with internet ($50), electric utilities ($40-60), and water ($15-20) your total per month is around $800 +/- 20. In addition, Renters Insurance will be $25 every 3 months. Pictures of the unit will be provided upon contact and I am happy to answer any questions. Location is in the heart of Des Moines, and quite reasonable for the price. I have not had any problems with apartment management so far. The unit is 2 bed/2 bath. Washer/dryer is installed in the unit. Plenty of storage space, myself and current roommate dont even use half of it. Unit is furnished with kitchenware, dining table, couch, and rug. Wood floors and granite countertops. Your room is connected to your personal bathroom and includes a large walk-in closet and window. There is a garage if you have a car ($140/month). The building is secured with locked floors, you will get a keyfob that provides access. Apartment is on the 3rd floor (same floor as skywalk). Building includes community room, package room, long term storage options, pet-friendly, weight room, coffee bar, birdtail bar with speak-easy. I am 22/M and employed. You will be asked to sign a legally binding sublease agreement where you agree to pay rent from move-in to the end of the lease term. Proof of employment or intent to be employed will be necessary.
