Hi My current roommate will be leaving and I am looking for another guy to sublet his room for 10 months till he returns. Looking to get someone in January. Its a duplex located a block away from Paramount Studios and Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Our landlord lives next door and is awesome. The Place: It is a 2 bedroom 1 bath, complete with; living room, dinning room, full kitchen, front patio and laundry in unit. Its very spacious for. You will have full access to everything. Bed will be included for you in the room. Your half of rent will be around $1,100 a month. Our landlord might be raising the rent upon lease signing so thats the estimated price range. Me: I am 37 years old, open minded and work in entertainment industry. I am a bit of an introvert, but I do have my extrovert responsibleents. I enjoy movies, reading, hiking, amusement parks, art, live entertainment and occasional nights out. I have a pet lizard that stays in my room in a secure enclosure. I am a very laid-back person and very clean and organized. You: Another open minded (m) roommate around my age. I just feel we would get along better with at least a couple of common factors. Please be clean and respectful. I do not want to deal with drama and drugs. Please be an easygoing guy with a stable job and good credit. Id like a roommate I can consider a friend.
