Located in a family-oriented, centralized, older, quiet neighborhood in downtown Mesa full of older mature trees and green lawns, we are minutes from central Mesa, as well as, the 202, 101, and I-60, which take you to Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix, Chandler, and Sky Harbor Airport. There are many cultural and local amenities and events, making it a fun place to stay. You can enjoy a spring training baseball game at the Chicago Cubs, Oakland As or attend special events at the Mesa Amphitheater. Our guests will stay in the master bedroom, including a private bathroom in my home. The room has a king-size bed, a desk, a small refrigerator with a small freezer, a microwave, a TV (Roku Smart TVs, local channels, Tubi, Pluto, and Amazon Prime), a full mirror, steamer and iron, a coffeemaker, and a kettle for tea and storage. A fold-up twin mattress is available for a toddler or easy going child, and a Pack and Play portable crib is available if needed. We provide bathroom amenities, such as shampoo and conditioner. Popcorn, coffee, hot chocolate, and tea are also available. Small families with children and babies are welcome. Please state that they will be present among guests listed with parents. Backyard with spacious and lush, green lawn in the backyard with a shaded patio with a BBQ grill. There is a private entrance to the bedroom accessed via Smartlock. Private off-street parking is available. The house has security camera surveillance 24/7 for peace of mind. Bus stop & light rail access is approximately a few minutes away. We will be available to help you have an easy and pleasurable stay in Mesa. We would love to host you.
