My two roommates are basketball players at Madison college and they will not be renewing the lease in August if you would like to take it over. My family is in a bad way right now and we cannot keep affording to live here since I am from Georgia and both parents and siblings are going through very tough times. The room is the loft and it is not furnished. There are 4 outlets in the room and plenty of room for clothes in the closet. Washer and drier are in the unit and the garbage disposal is a short walk down the stairs. Both roommates are also very good people who keep the unit very clean. Get the best price at ListedBuy!
