There is a Harris Teeter grocery store, barber shops, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, fishing pier, several fast food and full service dining options within fours blocks of the property. There is a golf course directly behind the building. The property is directly across the street from the beach and has great panoramic ocean views from every room of my apartment unit including, both bedrooms, kitchen and living room. There is an extremally large balcony which runs the full length of the apartment. There are both sunrise and sunset views.
