Hi there, FIRST MONTH OF RENT IS FREE I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The One at the north side of Ann Arbor. It is a room in a nice townhome with 4 other men that are all attending the University of Michigan for computer science, aerospace engineering, business, and cinematography. The room has a personal bathroom inside of the bedroom itself and includes a bed, desk, and dresser. There is a large closet within the bathroom as well. The living area is very spacious and includes a glass top stove, granite countertops, and a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The clubhouse consists of a lounge, pool, hot tub, and fitness center. All utilities are included except for electricity and the cost for that comes out to around $40 a month when it is cold outside. The rent is $1134 a month and includes parking. If the lease is taken before January, there are two months of free parking (making the rent $1049 for February and January would be free already). All payments are made online through their portal including the utilities, so it is nice to just pay with a click of a button or just have automatic payments on.
