We are a responsible couple looking for a reliable and friendly person to rent a room in our house, someone who wants to live in a harmonious, clean, and safe environment. The room is for , with no overnight guests. The room is furnished, it has a comfortable queen size bed, 2 nightstands, and a dresser. Services such as electricity, water, and internet are included. This is a special and safe place to live, bilingual and we would like to rent it for 1 year or close to a year. The rent is $850 monthly, and a deposit of $850. We have two dogs so we do not accept pets. We would like to know about you, your work, your schedules, and your needs to feel comfortable. An application must be completed at the end of the process, and a background check will be performed.
