We are looking for someone kind, clean and respectful to join my roommate in our beautiful fully furnished 2bed/2bath apartment while I am traveling. We are open to anyone, however with a preference for a woman between mid twenties-forties. The lease would begin February 20th and last till May 31st with the possibility to extend. This would be perfect for someone who is thinking of moving here, a student who is looking for something until the summer, or anyone who needs a short term lease. We have a peaceful, quiet apartment where you can hear the birds outside your window, right next to Cowles Mountain, yet a short drive from the hustle and bustle of the city. Its newly remodeled with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, well-lit bedroom, spacious living room, fireplace, balcony, central heat and A/C, assigned underground parking space, a swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The apartment is located in San Carlos, near La Mesa and a quick drive to SDSU. We have one adorable, albeit slightly needy black lab so must love dogs! Because we have one dog already, no more pets, sorry! We also live amongst many retirees so this is not a place to bring the party home. My roommate and I have been living together for 3 years so I can vouch for her being an amazing person to live with. She is clean, organized, an amazing cook who keeps me well fed, and very easy to get along with. We would love someone who wants to hang out with our pup, perhaps take him out every once in a while but thats not necessary. Water and trash is included and electric and internet typically comes out to ~$100/month. Rent is $1450/month. Youll need to have a minimum 690 credit score and fill out an application online.
