Im a U of U student, and we would prefer another person who is serious about education and academic progress, Im open to the prof. responsible class type or similar. The house is split in two, each side having a private driveway & each their own front door, which can allow private access to your room. I close the access that splits the house at night for further privacy, & quietness. The renter is left to access a back door or their own front door, a large living room, the laundry room, bathroom and two bedrooms. The laundry room is where the house divides, leaving you with access to the back yard. The other side of the divider is the kitchen, which is the only shared area in that side of the house. There is no access to the kitchen when the divider is up, so to make things easier I installed a large refrigerator for the roommate to use I will be posting pictures as soon as I get done with spring clean up. A large back yard can be a challenge even for the professional landscaper. Please have references, I will be checking them along with (job references and a good rental history).
