Although I live in 4/4 I only have 1 roommate, so there are only 2 of us in the apartment and we have so much extra room! The luxury apartment includes cable, washer/ dryer in the apartment and trash removal. The rent includes utilities with a $35 cap, that I bearly go over every month. The apartments are gated and security walks around around at night. Parking is free and I always find spots in front of my apartment. I love living here! University Trail is a luxury apartment with newly renovated Clubhouse, resort style swimming pool with grill and cabana lodging chairs. Game room with pool tables, newly renovated gym , computer room, study/conference rooms that are open 24 hours. Very secured gated community. The management is always there to open and very friendly. Traffic light by entrance and on FSU Osceola bus route. Located less than 0.25 mile from TCC, 1.5 mile from FSU and just over 3 miles from FAMU.
