Convenient to 6, 7, 8 Avenue subway lines, comes with twin size bed, desk, dresser, chair and closet. My bed is in sleeping alcove, you are in the main room which is a nice sized space where my desk, dresser are also. Phone, Wi-Fi and cable- ready. Best if u have somewhere else 2 go - art or dance studio, out of city on weekends, to paint/dance, spread wings. : ) etc. but very doable. Many have over the years been happy with the arrangement where I am also away most weekends to give you breathing space : ) Know thyself and judge whether this way of living works 4 u.
