Looking for 1-3 month rental, available for room preview and interview since this would be a roommate situation. My space is unique in that it is very luxurious, people often ask if I hired a professional decorator, and you can see that from the pictures. The room has a queen size bed, a nightstand with lamp, an electric hot water/tea kettle, coffee french press, and mini fridge with freezer on order. Towels & sheets are provided, as well as wooden hangers in the closet. You have full kitchen access which is fully stocked, room in fridge & pantry will be made available. The bedroom and attached bathroom with walk-in closet are just for you - on the first floor, as my bedroom and bathroom are just for me and my pets. One sweet husky (very well trained & quiet), and two chilled out cats (usually hiding). Guests have access to the kitchen, dining area, living room, balcony, and roof deck. No access to my office & bedroom on the third floor. I live and work at home, so I am around most of the day unless I have meetings. I am happy to help you find fun things to do & nice places to eat. I had sublet guests in my apartment when I lived in NY, and we had so much fun. At the same time, if you are here to eat & sleep & work, I will surely respect your space & not bother you. The neighborhood has been turning around for many years, so it is a nice mix of old and new. Mostly professionals live in the area, easy going couples, single professionals and empty-nesters. Very nice & grounded neighbors who always say hi.
