Having friends over is no problem as I will do the same. Just no parties or anything like that. Looking for a non-smoker. 420 is fine but not inside. I am pet friendly I have a cat myself. She is very lazy though and stays in my room a lot. She is also shorthair and allergy friendly and does not mess with furniture or anything. The location is perfect for students at SMC or UCLA. Blue Bus lines 1 and 17 are a close distance. Its a short ride to UCLA. The restaurants in Sawtelle are within walking distance and grocery shopping like Trader Joes and Ralphs are also close. The neighborhood is very quiet, the apartment has lots of natural light, the apartment has solid wood flooring with a large living room and kitchen area. Everything was renovated not too long ago. The apartment has heating in each room. Dishwasher, fridge, everything is in place. The flat includes parking spots. A bonus is that the landlord is very friendly, answers very quickly, and fixes any issues that occur very fast. Utilities are usually another 50-70$ a month.
