I'm moving out of state for a new job on March 26th, so I'm hoping someone can take over my grand 1-bedroom apartment start from April 1st (you can move in right after I leave and I've already paid for whole March).This is a great apartment complex, safe, new, clean, and quiet. It's close to Walmart, Target, etc. The apartment is on the second floor, the living room has cathedral ceiling, and is just as spacious as the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. I've been living here for over two years, the staff is very friendly and responded to my questions/request promptly, so I'm very satisfied with the life here.I'm living by myself and have everything kept in a good shape. The original rental is $699/month, and I would like to offer $100/month (negotiable) till the end of July when my current lease ends. If you want to stay there beyond July, you can renew the lease for another period.
