I am moving at the end of the month and my roommate is staying for the durration of the lease, sorry but female roommates only. I had a girl lined up to sublease but she just backed out. I am looking for someone to take over my room which is the master. I pay $700 for my part of the rent. The apartment comes with covered gated parking as well a washer and dryer in unit, and a paito, plus a gym. The lease runs until December 31st but you would have the option to renew before that. The current rent is $1305, and the offer to renew will be about the same. However currently this apartment would lease for over $1500, maiking this a great deal!The girl that will be your roommate is Julie, she is 23 works during the week and is very out going. She is very social loves concerts, yoga and is usually out doing something. Julie is a great roommate very repectful as we most often have different work scheduals.
