I have a (male, Army Veteran) roommate now who will be moving to China for summer study on June 15th, so you'll basically have the place to yourself after then. A one year lease renewal is possible, if you'd like to stay, starting August 1st. HUGE backyard (private, no sharing with neighbors) with porch and patio perfect for dogs. Landlord will approve all sizes/breeds, as long as she can talk with you about it/them (allows more than one) and see pictures (or meet, if possible).It's a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment, but you'll have your own private room with full bathroom. Roughly 1600k sq ft (just inside, yard is roughly another 700 sq ft) with full kitchen including dishwasher.Full washer and dryer in unit. Gas/electric aren't included in rent but average $100-150/ month and internet is $15.FIRST FLOOR APARTMENT (Sublet soooo NO BROKER FEE!)Recently renovated!one block from 1 TRAIN, two blocks from C train.full application with credit and background CHECK.The landlord and super (who lives across town) are extremely nice and are willing to work with you. They allow dogs of all sizes/breeds (my roommate and I have three dogs total averaging 65 lbs. She allows it and doesn't charge us extra, just the extra security deposit for them).Financials: Starting May 20th (flexible) ---> $1750/month + utilities --- security deposit $1750 (plus extra $1750 if you bring a pet) + first month's rent, so move-in costs are $3500 without pet(s), $5250 with pet(s)
