One of the bedrooms is smaller than the other, it accomadates 1 and it is being offered at $400.00 per month plus last months rent and security deposit. The larger of the 2 bedrooms that are being offered is big enough for single or couple and is at the rate of $500.00 per month plus last months rent and security deposit also. The last months rent and security deposit are each equal to a months rent. Rent "DOES NOT" include utilities, cable, wireless internet, house phone but will be split up into 4 ways.
