Single occupancy ONLY. $20 cleaning deposit for short stays and $650 deposit required for month-to-month agreement. You can divide the larger deposit into two payments if you need. If you are looking for month-to-month agreement. If you want to commit for a week to see how it goes, that's okay too. It all works out the way it's supposed to anyway. If you want to reserve the room in advance, a monetary deposit of half your expected stay will be required or the room will be considered open to others.This is a quiet neighborhood. The room is bright, sunny and clean. This is a non-smoking, drug-free, alcohol-free and healthy environment. NO pets allowed. We do have fishies. Your roomates (me and my 2 year-old son with a happy disposition) the landlords, and the neighbors are all wonderful people. This is a nice neighborhood with working class people in mid-town Ventura that's close to the hospitals, grocery stores, with an easy short drive to downtown and the beach.There are toys around the main living area!I am a business owner of a local day spa & salon.
