In search of a one-bedroom apartment, large studio, small mobile home, or perhaps small 2-bedroom to rent in the northern Saratoga County and/or southern Warren County region (Ballston Spa, Saratoga, Saratoga Springs, Wilton, Milton, Porter Corners, Corinth, Moreau, Hadley, Luzerne, Center Greenfield, Gansevoort, Middle Grove, Rock City Falls, Schuylerville, South Glens Falls or nearby vicinity). The unit doesn't need to be perfect; only liveable. Aging and unremodeled ok! I've been renting since 2001. I've been a return renter. My current place does not have heat, and my landlord plans to more than double the rent (to $1700/mo from $750). My family moved to the Corinth area a few years ago, and I would like to move closer to them. I can do up to ~$1075/mo combined rent and utilities, or ~$950/mo utilities not included. I prefer 2nd-floor apartments. I require a bathtub, even if a small one. I do not have children, pets, or a criminal record. It'll be just me.
