Please help. Im near Alamogordo New Mexico, and in a really desperate situation. Didnt realize how bad it was here, at first. Landlord is an OLD addict. 86. Has been interactionually harassing me, stalking me, asking " did I want a ride" so I reported him. That lead to him hiring a guy just out of prison, to ambush me, but I found out about it, and found his weapon. Confiscated it. Once again, I reported him. Today, rent was due. Of course, I paid in full, according to the demand in his " note" Has me pay one of the druggies. Fine, if it means not dealing with him and I get a signature. He does weird things like leaving little " love notes" (heavy on the sarcasm) on my door, that Im short $10 on the rent. After leaving a previous note about how much rent was going to be THIS month. So now his tack is, raising my rent incrementally, monthly. Without 30 days' notice (illegal). Hes always behind on the electricity, and says rent is going up, because electric went up. Nooooo, you spent the money elsewhere. We are not cash cows, we are human beings. Used to try and charge $22 for a small tank of propane, saying " It went up. " No it didnt. So I was given a small propane tank by a kind lady, and carried my happy butt to the propane dealer and paid $14. One lady and I living here are on disability (just neighbors). Hers will be lifetime. Mine has potential for improvement. We are the only ones NOT on drugs. Of any kind. He raised HER rent to $490. Higher than anyones. He also stole from her. He's trying to do a retaliatory raise on my rent, but I refuse. I told him today, " Stop sending money to the bar person in Mexico, stop treating us like cash cows, stop electrifying my camper (twice), stop sending brain dead goons to knock me in the head (I found out and reported), and NO I DONT WANT TO GET IN YOUR FRANKEN CAR!" He responded, I wish I never let you move in here. Yeah. I love you too. I told. Get the best price at ListedBuy!
