Its on the 3rd floor and an elevator IS available. The building has a parking garage available. 2 hour parking right in front of complex. The building is literally on a corner in the heart of town. Its across from a great mom and pop café to grab your morning coffee and plenty of shopping and lunch spots literally in eye site. Large laundry area available on site. The super is the nicest guy we know. He is always very helpful with our questions or concerns. The sidewalks are always clear of snow on your way out. Friendly barber shop and Starbucks conveniently located as well. The major selling point for this building is the location of the train station. Both NYC and CT lines are located right around the corner. You cannot hear the train from our particular unit. Its about a 1.5 minute walk to the train. We pay 1,500/month. Heat & hot water included. People do have quiet pets in the building. We are not private renters. This ad is strictly for advertisement. We need to find somebody ASAP to avoid paying rent in two locations. Anyone interested please act fast. These units usually have 30 day turn around so they do go fast.
