Housemate will have all access to the, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, den and beautiful backyard. Rent is $500.00 a month with all utilities included, TV, DVD, Cable and Wi-Fi included. Deposit is $300Room will be available August 1st.I am a female senior who is a non-smoker, non-drinker (except an occasional glass of wine), who appreciates quiet living without drama, and appreciates a roommate who is the same. My home is located in a quiet, safe family neighborhood.Smoking is allowed outside only. No illegal drugs are allowed. 1 friendly, fully trained and fixed small dog is okay.
