Good sized room available on the first floor of 4-unit building. You will have your own bathroom as the other rooms are upstairs. Washer and dryer(not coin operated) directly across from the room. Huge closet in room! Very nice place, maintained and clean! By far, the nicest place I have rented. Large kitchen with dishwasher and good sized living room. Garbage and water included in rent. Bike rack and parking lot in back of the building. Four other roommates(female) who are all very courteous and kind. I was a sublease myself and they were very inviting and friendly. Rent is $280/month not including utilities (aside from water and garbage). If you have any questions and/or would like to see the place, please feel free to message me! Thanks!
