Come and live and play like a local in our coastal inspired guest apartment, in the highly desired Sand Section just steps from the famous white sand of Manhattan Beach, California. This large 700 square foot studio apartment has a private entrance, parking for one car, and everything that you need to experience beach life at it's best. It's walking distance to the Pier and the downtown area, the heart of the city (as well as Hermosa Beach) which is filled with casual to fine dining restaurants, boutique shops and retailers. The Surf Room is conveniently located on one of Manhattan Beach's famed walkstreets, a short walk the sand and bike path in the desirable south end. The Surf Room is our large beach-oriented studio apartment. It has plenty of room for relaxing, as well as ample storage (hooks for hanging beach paraphernalia, towels and beach bags, cubbies for storage). It has a separate bathroom area with a walk in shower, a bar area for morning coffee and/or afternoon drinks and snacks, lots of seating for just hanging out. You will also have access to a private outdoor area with views of our lovely beach. And parking for one car right outside your door! Our family enjoys it, and we'd love to share it with you. The unit is set up to accommodate two people, but upon request, it can accommodate two adults and possibly a young child/baby (in a PackNPlay/mattress on the floor only). Prior approval is necessary. Our unit is in a prime location, steps to the sand, walk to downtown Manhattan Beach with shops and restaurants, also a 20 minute walk or short bike ride to Hermosa Beach with it's restaurants and nightlife. *****Covid-19: We are well aware of the current situation with this dangerous pandemic. We strongly follow and recommend the wearing of face coverings and social distancing. Through the years, I have always made sure that our unit is thoroughly sanitized between guests, it has always been of the utmost importance to me. Our unit is sanitized with the highest quality cleaning products, I personally ensure that it has been cleaned to the level that I myself would expect and feel secure with if I were renting this property.*****
