Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at the Kierland Residences. The apartment is a beautiful 2 bedroom double en suite with stainless steel appliances and a Mountain View plus a large covered balcony!! The building was built just months ago and I have kept the apartment extremely clean, no pets, no smoking, etc. and I will have the apartment professionally cleaned upon move-in. This building has gorgeous amenities including a gym, workspace, pool, steam/sauna, salt room, jacuzzi and more (it's super nice). Unfortunately I've had a change of plans and need to move out of state for school - there would be approx. 6 months left on the lease (also flexible on move-in date). The building allows pets if you have one and I'm also flexible/willing to sell my furniture at a discounted rate if that's something that would be helpful! :) Let me know if you have any questions, I'm happy to work with you.
