Apartment is available July 6th. I can be flexible about the move in date. Lease will END Feb 2, 2018 but you have the option to renew it with the apartment complex. Market rate for apartment is $1780 but my lease locks in price at $1525. Complex is charging new renters $75/month for garage car parking but your spot is FREE through my lease. IF YOU SIGN A LEASE BY JULY 1 I WILL PAY FOR ALL OF JULY's RENT. I am moving to NYC and looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease in City Park (better than a sublet). I live in a corner studio (603 sq feet) unit at Venue on 16th (https://www.venueon16.com) on the crossing of 16th and Fillmore. Venue on 16th is a NEW apartment complex in city park that offers free coffee/espresso, game room, business office, club room, rooftop deck, well-stocked gym and yoga room, pet spa, outdoor pool with grills, secure parcel pending package delivery, key FOB accessed elevators and underground parking garage, security patrol at night, and lots of community events. There's also plenty of guest and resident parking, which is rare in city park! Management staff are fantastic. Venue on 16th is very close to a lot of great restaurants (Denver Biscuit Co/Fat Sully's Pizza, Annie's, Trattoria Stella, Hooked on Colfax, Q House, Goombas, Okinawa), bars (PS lounge, Bar max, Hidden Idol, Lost Lake, Goosetown Tavern, Mezcal), music venues (the Bluebird theater, Fillmore, Ogden), grocery (Sprouts Market), and of course City Park (Jazz in the Park is my favorite summer event). You are about a 5-10 minute and $5-8 Lyft away from downtown. Close to 40th/Colorado light rail station for access to the airport train. My studio is a corner unit (south AND west facing), which is perfect because you have no direct neighbors. Apartment has finished floors. LOTS of storage by the front door, in the bathroom, and kitchen, central heat and air. Built in bookshelves in the living room. Walk-in closet with SO MUCH space. Nobody has lived above me for 2 years so you'll get absolute quiet. Apartment has central air and heat, a new washer/dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, a patio, and a Juliet balcony. I have been the only tenant in this unit and I've taken great care of it. My floor mates are very nice as well. This apartment is also fairly close to an elevator so move in and grocery hauling is easy.
