I have 2 rooms for rent in a shared house. 1 room at 550.00mo and the other at 575.00mo..this rent included all utilities, 225 channels of directv, laundry and furnished "common areas".You will be taking over the lease for tenants who left. This lease runs to the end of this year and then renews from Jan-July if interested. The bedrooms are not furnished and cannot be shared only 1 tenant per room total of 5 tenants allowed on site. (currently 3 male tenants are on site now).There is 2 full bathrooms in the house that are shared. House is close to Lehigh Univ and St Lukes Hospt. House is fully instected by city to meet all safety and code requirements. I prefer students or professionals over 21 years old. If your into the "party scene" dont even bother. If you cant clean-up after yourself, dont even bother. I am and very fair and attentive landlord but will not tolorate drugs, parties and messy tenants.
