Three guys looking for two more roommates to share a house with. It is a gigantic three bedroom house. We are three fourth year students in IT and aerospace engineering. We are needing two additional roommates to split the cost of a house with. Two bedrooms will be shared with another roommate and one bedroom will have the option to be solo, we leave that option open to the person who gets that room. Price for solo room will be discussed. The base rent of $385 is based off of five people in the house. This includes MOST utilities. Electric, internet, and cable are separate. Everything else is included in the rent. That means water, heat, and AC is included. We estimate that the extra utilities should be no more than $40/month/person Amenities: front AND back porch, off street parking is available, central AC, large common areas FREE washer and dryer!!! 5 minute walk to campus!
