I'm looking for 3 female roommates to share my 3 bedroom house with me. I have one unfurnished bedroom upstairs, One bathroom, living room, and a kitchen. Downstairs I have one bedroom that is Furnished with a queen size bed and closet thee other bedroom downstairs is NOT furnished. I have a laundry room with a washer and dryer and storage space if needed. I also have internet access, cable t.v. and phone jacks. I have a one car garage and a deck on the back of my house and a fenced in yard. I have a dog he is very friendly. And I also have a nice front porch. I feel that my house would be great for Beloit College students because, I'm so close to the college. If you are interested in my ad please e-mail me a.s.a.p. I'm going to be showing my house on Wednesday Sept. 4th. Move in date will be Saturday Sept. 7th. Candidates interested in living in my home will have to have a back ground check and prior references of places they have resided. At the showing on Sept. 4th I will discuss rent and e.c.t.
