I have a three bedroom house that I share with my two children, both daughters ags 13 and 8. There is one bathroom, a large living room, kitchen and storage room. The house is half way between Zelienople and Cranberry Twp. Looking preferribly for a female roomate, children and small pets are ok. This price includes electric, which the whole house is electric including central air conditioning, garbage service, and there is no water bill because we are hooked into a well. There is also wifi available for your use.The house has very easy access to 79 south, Evans Cityand is about five miles from either Zelienople or Cranberry Twp. The house is located on two acres of land and also has a fire pit for burning. It is also located in Seneca Valley School District.
