I have a room available in a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The room is available now. My current roommate I had which was a couple and their little boy had to relocate. Now it's available and needs someone now. This is month to month only. Longer the better. The home is furnished all around and your room can be if needed. Your room and bathroom is on one side of home along with guest room. The home has no traffic and completely private surrounded by woods. Yet the home is real close to Mayfaire, and Wrightsville Beach area. The home has a fenced in yard with a screened porch, that overlooks our above ground pool and nothing but woods. It is very homey. You would share the home with myself, girlfriend, and our one year old little girl who is quiet and nothing but smiles. So adorable, you would fall in love with her. Here you would never ever feel like a third wheel sort a speak, its just not like that. You would also share home with 2 Siberian Huskies. If you have a dog, that may work too if they get along.If all this didnt scare you away, rent is $400 plus shared utilities which is like $70 a month ( this price is for a single mom, or a female roomie ). If you are a couple then the last couple paid $600 including all. If you want to talk about it then call me. I will work with you the best I can....
