I am looking for a non-furnished home near Steamboat Springs, Colorado. I am looking to move in around mid-summer of 2014. Open to surrounding areas (Steamboat II, Milner, Hayden, Clark, Stagecoach). South Valley or within 10 miles of Steamboat Springs would be ideal. -must have backyard (fenced ideally but willing to do labor to put in fence) -pet friendly (do not currently own a pet but would like to) willing to provide pet deposits. -2 bedrooms at least (would consider one if it was the right fit) -2 bathrooms at least would be ideal (again would consider one if right fit) -Long term rental (a year at least or more) We are looking for something off the beaten path. It doesn't matter if it is an old farmhouse in a rural area etc. That is what we prefer. We are a quiet couple that are young professionals. We have at least four references we are more than happy to provide. Our price range is $700-$1,300 depending on utilities. We are flexible though and if the right home came along we would make considerations.
