I have a beautiful 3,300 sq ft home that is located in a desirable area in Fayetteville area. It s located right next to Jack Britt Highschool. It has a fully fenced in yard with a professional grade basketball court in the backyard. I am looking to rent out a room to a female only. I prefer a female due to less drama and less chance of partying and getting crazy within household. I am renting out entire upstairs with a choice of one bedroom and one full bath, the upstairs has 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and one huge master day room that will be unfurnished. It will be up to you what room you want upstairs. Either way the entire upstairs will be yours to use since I never use it. I will be living downstairs in the master bedroom. All the rooms come unfurnished. I am asking 550 a month that includes all utilities and washer and dryer and full access to entire house and free internet, amazon prime, Netflix, ESPN +, Disney+. This house is way to big for me alone so I would rather have a roommate. I am only looking to rent until September 2020 as of now. I am 35 years old and I m a military guy (E8) I have no kids living in the house nor pets. I would allow a small dog but no cats. I don t drink or party and I am chill and drama free. I prefer someone that doesn t drink as well, but it is not a deal breaker. Drinking would be allowed in the house only if it s controlled. This house is a super nice home in a great secured neighborhood and it s well worth the rent price! you re pretty much renting a 300,000 home for 550 dollars. House will be ready to move in by the first week of December. Like I said you will have choice of what room or living space you choose to live in upstairs and you will have your own full bath and have the entire upstairs to yourself. Text me for any info.
