We are looking for a roommate for our 3 bedroom house off summit lake road. Our house is about a 10 minute drive from Evergreen State College which is great for students. The room is 10x11 with a closet and hard wood floors. It has a fairly large kitchen and a huge living room space. The house sits on about 2 acres and borders Capital Forest. Its tucked away and there is pleanty of privacy. It will be a no contract lease but in return we will ask for a $200 non-refundable deposit. We will split the utilities which is garbage, electricity and internet. Me and my roomate are both in our mid 20's and looking for someone around that age.
