The first picture is my bedroom. my roommate will leave the apartment at the end of May. So if you dont have any furniture, you may live in my room for 2 months. I only ask 380/mth for a temporate stay in my bedroom. thanks The regular rent is $400/month/room, if you need parking, an additional $20/mth for outdoor parking. If you don't have any furniture for your bedroom, the furniture in the room can be free for the first 2 mth. Additional $20/mth rent with bedroom furniture will be paid on the 3rd month (bed, table and chair). However, you have to stay at least 10 months if you ask for a furnished bedroom.
